HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17830 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 09-082019 and not taking any action for ensuring providing protection of erection of ground based tower in Plot No.17, Sy.No.1257, Shivaji Nagar, Nalgonda Town and District as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.21151 of 2018, dated 25-06-2018.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Nalgonda II town Police Station, Nalgonda District to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 09-082019 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
