THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2939 OF 2016 JUDGMENT:

The present Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 09.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1783 of 2015 in C.C.No.12 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Special Judge for CBI cases at Hyderabad. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Revision Case. The learned counsel further requested the Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court on each and every adjournment. Permission is accorded. In the result, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner before the trial Court in C.C.No.12 of 2015 is dispensed with on each and every adjournment. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is so required. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Revision Case, if any, shall stand closed.
