HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23603 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the impugned order dated 11.05.2016 passed by 3rd respondent. But no orders are passed so far.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(A.P) for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners.

4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law. Till then, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the subject property.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
