This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct respondents Nos.1 to 3 to proceed with the further investigation in FIR No.539 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent-police station against the 5th respondent-A1. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondents Nos.1 to 3 are not proceeding with the investigation in the above crime against A1. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "Respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to complete the investigation against the 5th respondent-A1 and file a final report, in accordance with law."

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
