Crl.Petition No.4581 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER cRIMINAL PETITION No.458L OF 2022 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.2 in the event of his arrest in Crime No.198 of 2021 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,465, 468 and 471read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistance Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned IV I II Addltional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad by order dated 21.03.2022 vide Crl.M.P.No.765 of 2022 directed the police to comply with the provisions under Section 41-A Cr.p.C. keeping in view the guidelines of Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar's case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits though there is an order by the Sessions Court, the police failed to follow the procedure
Crl.Petition No.4581 of 2022 laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and he undertakes to assist the investigation.
4. On the other hand, Iearned Assistant public prosecutor submits that the petitioner is presently residing in Dubai and that the police would scrupulously follow the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar's case. 5.
In the said circumstances, no further orders are required in the present criminal petition, accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
