THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.15536 OF 2018 ORDER:

An order passed by the third respondent vide Rc.No.275/2018 dated 18.04.2018 asking the petitioner-Society to furnish information is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. As per the provisions of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, statutory appeal is provided. In view of the said alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
