This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not considering the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement bill pursuant to G.O.Ms.16, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (K1) Department, dated 10.01.2001. 2.

This Court by an order, dated 08.02.2008, directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2007.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed in view of interim order granted on 08.02.2008 and making the said interim order as a final order.
