THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15392 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation and Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. The only grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.4 and 5, in processing the application, dated 20.03.2018, said to have been filed by the petitioner herein, for renewal of licence bearing No.C101231 for the further period from 2018 to 2023.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to verify the renewal application, dated 20.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, with regard to the licence No.C101231 for the further period from 2018 to 2023, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
