This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the First Information Report (F.I.R.) against respondents 4 to 6 based on the report dated 18-12-2017 given by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that F.I.R. No.198 of 2018 is registered by the concerned police on 26-04-2018.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
