ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue any Writ, Order or Direction more particularly a Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS to declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent Society in not paying the salary with all consequential benefits including arrears till today and also not allowing the signature in the attendance register as illegal, arbitrary and violative of article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to pay the salary with all consequential benefits including arrears forthwith by allowing the signature in the attendance register in the 3rd Respondent Society by the Petitioner and to pass such other order or orders...." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the writ petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 02.03.2009 in W.P.M.P.No.5162 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.5162 and 9604 of 2009 and W.V.M.P.No.1177 of 2009 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
