THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18911 OF 2013 ORDER:

Mr. V. Subrahmanyam, counsel for petitioner, submits that the petitioner is no more.

On 13.08.2013, this Court granted interim direction, which reads as follows:

"... In the meantime, the 2nd respondent - Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Sub Collector, Vijayawada, is directed to examine and take necessary action in accordance with law on the representation/complaint said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 15.04.2013."

Keeping in view the interim direction and also the demise of petitioner, counsel for petitioner submits that the writ prayer is not pressed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
