HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6574 of 2012 ORDER :

There is no representation from the revision petitioner and the respondent did not put forth appearance though served. However, Sri Aksha Sanghi learned counsel representing Sri Sharad Sanghi learned counsel for the respondent submits that they got instructions to appear and the suit was disposed of long back and no cause in the revision survives. Same is recorded.

2) In the result, the revision is dismissed as infructuous. Further remedy, if any, is left open while agitating against the decree of the trial Court, if at all. It is made clear that the said representation is not correct, it is left open to the revision petitioner to file application within one week from today to restore the revision petition and hear afresh. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
