Ms. B. Tejaswi, representing on behalf of Dr. J. Vijayalaxmi, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
