V THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24336 of 2022 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel lor the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

The case of the petitioner is that he purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.O.27Yz guntas in Survey No.207/A and Ac.1.30 74 guntas in Survey No.212lAl2, totalling to Acs.2.18% guntas of Raghunathpur Village, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District, under a registered sale deed vide document No.326 of 2006 dated 21.01.2O06. The petitioner made an application through online Dharani Portal vide Challan No.PMM2200020013 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands and for issuance of pattadar passbook.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the subject lands are patta lands standing in the name of the vendors of the petitioner vide pattadar passbook bearing No.T3O 120190936. Learned counsel further submitted that the
application made through Challan No.PMM22OO0200 13 is submitted to the Tahsildar, Rajapet, Yadadri Bhongir District - respondent No,2 herein. But, respondent No.2 is not taking any action on the application submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner seeks appropriate orders from this Court to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that after introduction of Dharani Portal, the petitioner has to make application seeking mutation of his/her name in the revenue records and for issuing pattadar passbook through online Dharani Portal under appropriate module and in case if the petitioner submits such application, the competent authorify i.e., the District Collector concerned can consider the said application in accordance n'ith law.

Taking into consideration the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is disposed of granting Iiberty to the petitioner to make online application through Dharani Portal seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of new pattadar passbock in respect of
the subject Iands and on making such application by the petitioner, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the said online application in accordance rvith law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
