O R D E R

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petitioner, the claim of the petitioner is that her father, who was working as Head Cook in the Government Mental Health Hospital, Erragadda, left the house on 03.12.2007 and thereafter in spite of lodging criminal case, he was not traced, and till date i.e., for more than seven years, his whereabouts are not known.

Therefore, she made representations, the latest being on 11.01.2017, to the 2nd respondent - Government Hospital for Mental and Health Care, Erragadda, Hyderabad, represented by its Secretary, to consider her case for appointment on compassionate grounds. As no action has been taken, present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Having regard to the above averments of the petitioner and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner vide her representation dated 11.01.2017, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.
