HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5109 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the police already filed charge sheet in the above crime and the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that liberty may be given to file a petition to quash the proceedings in the charge sheet. Recording the said submission and giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
