ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner as Police Constable (Civil) on the ground that he is suffering from defective colour vision, the present writ petition is filed.

When the respondents have rejected the case of the petitioner on the premise that he is suffering from defective colour vision, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the selection process.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
