THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 9821 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare notice dated 27-02-2008 issued by the respondent, calling for applications from general public under Section 17 (3) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, for constitution of Trust Board to Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Vari Temple, Mohinipura, Siddipet Town, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that the constitution of Trust Board is for a period of two years and the said period of two years already lapsed long back and that in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
