THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22807 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR against the respondents 5 to 12 herein basing on the report given by the petitioner dated 01.08.2014 as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and against the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently, direct the official respondents herein to register the FIR against the respondents 5 to 12 herein, basing on the report dated 01.08.2014 given by the petitioner."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 01.08.2014, the 4th respondent registered a crime vide F.I.R.No.506 of 2014 dated 12.08.2014 for the offences under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 468, 471 and 478-A I.P.C. and therefore, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
