HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.11398 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of complaints dated 23-12-2014 and 10-03-2015, the 3rd respondent has not taken any action and neither registered any crime nor has investigated the same. The petitioner states that the allegations made in the said complaints are quite serious and show the commission of penal offences.

Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that no such complaints are received by the 3rd respondent from the petitioner and he also stated that the complainant in not within the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent police station.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police station and if any such complaint is filed, the concerned Station House officer shall look into the same, conduct preliminary enquiry and thereafter take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
