When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.37678 of 2018, dt.08.03.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dt.nil.11.2019. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered view that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.37678 of 2018, dt.08.03.2019 have been complied with. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection orders dt.nil.11.2019 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
