ORDER: (per the Hon' ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus, declaring the action of the respondents in detaining Shaik Munna, S/o shaik Lateef, (for short, 'the alleged detenu') as illegal, and consequently direct the respondents to produce the alleged detenu before the Court and set him free.

At the hearing, Mrs. Marella Radha, counsel representing Mr. M.K. Raj Kumar, counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the Writ Petition was filed, the alleged detenu was set free. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.1 of 2018 shall stand closed.
