THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9043 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No.5, in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the presence of the petitioner is not required in connection with any crime pending with Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad till today. However, a case in Crime No.44 of 2016 was registered against the father-in-law of the petitioner. During the course of investigation, notices under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C. were issued to all the accused on 06.02.2017 and they have given satisfactory explanation, and that the investigation is also completed. The allegation that the petitioner was called to the Police Station was denied.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed.
