At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some mistakes in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, hence seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
