THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16746 of 2015 ORDER:

The only complaint in the writ petition is without registration of any crime police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the written instructions, dated 18-06-2015 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Dabeerpura Police Station, Hyderabad wherein it is stated that against the petitioner herein one Smt.Waheeda Begum, W/o.Mohd.Akhtar made a complaint and basing on which a crime in F.I.R.No.74 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, 1983 has been registered on the file of Dabeerpura Police Station, Hyderabad city on 16-062015 at 18.30 hours and the investigation is taken up. It is further stated that basing on the outcome of the investigation appropriate action will be taken and appropriate report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be filed before the concerned Court by following the due procedure.

In view of the above developments, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
