CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 15342/2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus by directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce Mr. L. Praveen Kumar, S/o. Mrs. L. Swarnalatha (for short, "the alleged detenu") from the custody of respondent Nos.5 to 9.

On 06.0.2018 this Court has adjourned the writ petition as the counsel for the petitioner was not present and on the representation of the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana that counter affidavit is ready and when the same was sought to be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, he has refused to receive the same on the ground that there is a change in the counsel. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. From the repeated absence of the counsel for the petitioner, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her case.
