Manaswini, learned counsel representing Sri P. Sri Raghu Ram, learned counsel for the appellant, would express no instructions on behalf of the appellant.

Since no instructions are reported by the learned counsel for sole appellant, who is unsuccessful in getting the entire relief of declaration of title, but successful only to the extent of his 1/3rd share in the suit schedule property, and as the present appeal relates to the year 1999, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution by the appellant.
