The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement, dated 06.11.2011, issued by the 3rd respondent to the extent of item No.2 of the said advertisement.

As per the impugned notification, the period was from 01.12.2011 to 30.11.2011. The said period came to end long back and as such nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
