Heard.

The petitioner questions the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Proceedings Rc.No.D/1331/2014, dated 04-08-2015, wherein the request of the 5th respondent for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds was examined by the 3rd respondent and basing on the judgment of the Civil Court in O.S.No.71 of 2006, dated 04-10-2012 and the order of this Court in A.S.M.P.No.2949 of 2012 in A.S.No.982 of 2012, dated 04-12-2012, directed the 4th respondent to implement the order of the Joint Collector, Nellore. The impugned order of the 3rd respondent is based upon the order of the Joint Collector, Nellore, in Proceedings Rc.No.E3/2188/08 and the said order was not interfered with by this Court in W.P.No.28399 of 2009, dated 19-12-2014. Since the said order having been attained finality, the present impugned order is passed by the 3rd respondent and in my view, the impugned order is merely a consequential order. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of the property in question another civil suit is pending and the petitioner has a fair chance of success.

Obviously, if the petitioner succeeds in the civil proceedings, the revenue authorities have to give effect to the orders of the civil court. But, as on today, the impugned order would not require any interference. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
