This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15-03-2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.77 of 2018 was registered on 26-04-2018 by the Nallakunta Police.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
