THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13994 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Pedakakani Police Station, Guntur District, failed to take action upon his complaint dated 27.04.2011. The said complaint was directed against the respondents 2 to 4 herein.

The Station House Officer, Pedakakani Police Station, Guntur District,

furnished written instructions dated 10.05.2011 to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that upon the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.114 of 2011 was registered under Section 506 I.P.C on the file of the Pedakakani Police Station wherein respondents 2, 3 and 4 along with others were arrayed as accused. Copy of the said F.I.R was also produced. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
