THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 17882 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the civil disputes by calling the petitioners frequently to the police station and demanding amounts for the escalation of the market price in respect of the agriculture land admeasuring Ac.7.14 guntas in Sy.No.17, 25, 38 part and 37, situated at Mangalpalli Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.21.08.2019 stating that the respondent police never called the petitioners to the police station and that they are not interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
