This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. 4.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

Respondent No.2 is directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of respondent No.2 to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioner for cognizable offence.
