On 27.8.2018 when this matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption of 'for dismissal'. On 28.8.2018 and 29.8.2018, though the matter was listed, at request the matter was adjourned to list under the same caption. Today, when the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and hence, the matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session. But there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
