At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (A.P)., on instructions from respondent No.3, submitted that the custody of the alleged detenu, who is the wife of the petitioner, was handed over by the police to the petitioner.

As this submission remained uncontroverted, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
