UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No. 6885 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The grievance of the petitioner in this case was with regard to the action of the Central Bank of India in proposing to auction the house bearing No.11-123/1 in Plot No.19/1 in Survey No.594 of Shanthi Nagar Colony, Patancheru Village and Mandal, Medak District. A consequential direction was sought to set aside the tender/auction sale notice dated 21.01.2017 pursuant to which the auction took place. Sri Ch. Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent - Central Bank of India, would inform this Court, on instructions, that the Bank proposes to cancel the sale held pursuant to the impugned tender/auction sale notice dated 21.01.2017.

This statement is taken on record. In the light thereof, the cause does not survive for adjudication on merits as the impugned sale is proposed to be cancelled by the Bank itself.
