This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.3 in P.R.C. No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh criminal petition after numbering of the Sessions Case. Permission is granted. 3.
