This Writ Petition is filed by the Union of India and others feeling aggrieved by final order, dated 28-12-2015, in OA.No.1541 of 2015, on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereby it has granted the relief of treating the two additional increments sanctioned to respondent Nos.1 to 15 as part of pay for the purpose of caliculating Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and pensionary benefits, based on the judgment of the Kerala High Court in an identical case.

At the hearing, Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, has fairly conceded that this Court has dismissed Writ Petition No.13338 of 2016 filed against an Order similar to the impugned order passed by the Tribunal.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,
