THE HON'BLE JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CONTEMPT CASE No.1046 of 2021 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed allegeing violation of order dated 26.03.2021 in W.P.No.7030 of 2021.

The petitioners herein have filed the above referred writ petition challenging the action of the respondents therein in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioners to settle the disputes with the unofficial respondents. The said writ petition came up for hearing on 26.03.2021, on which day, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions made a submission that on the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent, the Police have registered a case vide Crime No.97 of 2021 against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC. The Investigating Officer is conducting investigation and neither the Investigating Officer nor the Police Balapur Police Station interfered with the civil disputes pending between the parties. Recording the said submission, the said writ petition was closed.

The present Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the said orders and the respondents have filed counter stating that three crimes were registered against the petitioners herein i.e., Crime Nos.134 of 2021, 123 of 2021 and 97 of 2021. Except conducting investigation into the said crimes, the Police never interfered with the civil disputes as alleged. There is specific assertion to the said effect in the counter filed by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes. 5.

Recording the said contentions, this Contempt Case is closed.
