THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13678 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be land displaced person and seeks employment under the policy of the Government notified under G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04.1986. The petitioner is seeking employment in the service of the State of Andhra Pradesh. All service grievances concerning the State of Andhra Pradesh are vested in Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (for short, 'the Act'). The Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is the Court of first instance to adjudicate all service grievances. Since the petitioner has an effective and efficacious remedy under the Act, he cannot directly invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him under the Act. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
