The writ petition is filed for the following relief; "......to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the proceedings in Rc.No.2392/D-6/Rent/2019-20, dt.17.07.2019 and 14.08.2019, permission to shift the school building of GPS Humayan Nagar-2 from present building bearing H.No.12-2-383, Zeba Bagh, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad to GPS Afzal Sagar, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, order issued by the 2nd respondent to 3rd and 4th respondents are illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory violating Article 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to suspend the operation of the proceedings in Rc.No.
2392/D-6/Rent/2019-20, dated 1707-2019 and 14-08-2019, till pending disposal of the above main writ petition, and to pass such other order or orders." When the learned counsel for the petitioner is asked as to what is the personal interest of the petitioner in the subject issue, he states that the petitioner is an active senior leader in Indian National Congress, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee and contested as Member of Parliament, Hyderabad Constituency, and that is the reason for filing of present writ petition by the petitioner.
A perusal of issue involved in the writ petition shows that it is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his rights by filing a Public Interest Litigation, in accordance with the Rules framed, if he is so advised. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
