Vijaya Kumar and M/s. Indus Law Firm, learned counsel for the petitioners, submit that the validity of G.O. Ms. No.112 was subjected to challenge in these writ petitions by oversight, though the said G.O. has been held not to be applicable to Universities. Learned counsel would seek permission to withdraw these writ petitions, with liberty to file writ petitions afresh without subjecting G.O. Ms. No.112 to challenge.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
