This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.154 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to be tried along with O.P. No.1844 of 2014.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 10.10.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.

Hence, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
