Aggrieved by the inaction of the 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Rangareddy District, in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2019, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Statiion, Rachakonda Commissionerate dated 27.08.2019, stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2019, Cr.No.395 of 2019 has been registered under Sections 447 and 427 of IPC and investigation is taken up. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed one more complaint on 14.08.2019, but no crime is registered. The present writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of 5th respondent in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2019, and as per the above written instructions, crime has been registered and investigation is taken up.
If the petitioner has any other grievance and he has lodged the report dated 14.08.2019, the 5th respondent to take action in accordance with law. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
