HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.17876 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.5 in interfering into civil matter and threatening the petitioner to settle the same with respondent No.6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that basing on the complaint given by respondent No.6, GD entry was made and after enquiry the matter is found to be civil in nature. Except that respondent-police are neither interfering with the civil disputes nor threatening the petitioner to settle the same with respondent No.6.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
