THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 13778 OF 2007 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claim application of the petitioner society dated 04.06.2007 under the Prime Minister Package of Relief Measures for Debt-stressed Farmers for waiver of the interest as on 12.07.2006 and as per Circular No. NB 172/PCD15/2006, dated 19.10.2006 issued by the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).

It is stated across the Bar by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties that the subject matter involved in this Writ Petition has squarely been covered by the one in Writ Petition No. 24536 of 2008 and batch of cases, wherein, this Court, by its common order, dated 15.12.2015 has issued the following directions:

"........... In that view of the matter, the respective agencies viz. the Central Government, APCOB and NABARD shall ensure that the respective applications of the PACSs are processed strictly in accordance with the Scheme notified by the Central Government and they be intimated of the amount sanctioned by determining the eligible members and their respective amounts, if already have not been processed pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in the writ petitions keeping in view of the above observations. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." In view of the said order, dated 15.12.2015, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of in terms thereof. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
