Mr. Rizwan Ali Shaik, counsel appearing for respondent, submits that O.S.No.11 of 2010 in the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jagitial, was dismissed on 07.08.2018. He further submits that the present revisions are filed against the interlocutory orders and nothing survives for consideration in the revisions. The statement is placed on record.

The revisions are, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
