HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.18864 OF 2010 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in deducting the crop insurance premium from the crop loan amounts being disbursed to the members of the petitioner's society through the petitioner society during Kharif and Rabi seasons of the year 2010-2011 as illegal, arbitrary, without any authority of law and pass such other order.

On perusal of the record, it is evident that the subject matter in the writ petition has become infructuous since the relief sought for in the present writ petition is pertaining to the crop period for the years 2010-2011, which was over long back.
