THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.8938 OF 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel that against the action impugned in the present Writ Petition, the petitioner herein has already availed the alternative remedy before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum-I, Southern Power Distribution Company of T.S. Limited, Hyderabad, vide MDK.C.G.No.495/2016-17. A notice asking for written submissions issued by the said Forum on 04.03.2017 is also placed on record.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to pursue the said remedy already availed. Having regard to the nature of controversy, the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum-I shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said dispute within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
