Smt.Sunitha, representing Sri VHVRR Swamy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.

In view of the above submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
